Zombie Apocalypse

          The zombie apocalypse is coming, Sooner than anyone has ever expected. Even though people believe this isn’t going to happen, well it’s coming. Knowing this, I came up with a sneaky plan, in which they will have no idea what my plan of attack is. If all of a sudden out of nowhere you saw many strange creepy looking people walking toward you moaning you would know that they are more than likely zombies. At that point you would try to run to your ZAHP (zombie apocalypse hideout place) usually this would be in a basement, crawlspace, or even a closet. Any place that you can lock away anything trying to kill you. In this ZAHP you will need a couple of things. You will need a gun, some food, water, a zombie taser, maybe some blanks, definitely a mirror, and other essentials you may want to have in your ZAHP, that you would need to survive for a day or so. You may never know how long you will need to prepare to go out and attack, and also if they are in your house or standing outside your door, you will have to stay in there until they think you’re not there anymore. When that time comes you will then use your mirror to double check that they are not there anymore. You will have to put the mirror under the door and angle it so you can see on the other side. If you see no one that is when you grab your gun and your zombie taser, a zombie taser only kills zombies.  You then will check one more time with your mirror to make sure the coast is clear. You first search your house for zombies , when you find no one you will lock up your house so only will you will be able to get back in it , your house is now you’re safe spot. Then you will start of on a quest to help other people away from the zombies. This now makes you a zombie slayer. Now with that title you are able to attack any zombie in your path.

My Name is Shannon. I live in the state of Wisconsin. I'm currently in high school right now. When i get out I'm planing on working with deaf people and translating for family's and kids in school. I'm on the swim team  and I'm going to be doing track. I love animals and taking care of them. My family is  the best, they have supported me in everything that i have done through my life. I plan on going to the UNLV college when i graduate high school. My hobbies are running, four wheeling,reading and spending time with my friends and family, and playing with my animals. I plan on enjoying the rest of my years in high school.

      The Day of September 11^th ,2001 I was 4 years old and at that time visiting my grandma in Florida. Around the time of the attack I was watching cartoons in the guest room and my mom and brother were watching TV in the living room. When I heard my mom screaming I had no idea what was happening so I ran out to see and she told me that a building in New York got hit by a plane. We all stood there in shock, watching and waiting to see what would happen next. When all of a sudden the second plane hit the other building.  We didn’t know what to do besides watch. As we were watching the terror within everyone , my mom then realized the my uncle, who is a pilot was supposed to be flying an American airlines plane from New York to California that day, my mom started to freak out and call a bunch of people. After a while of my mom freaking out she realized that he did it the day before but was supposed to come back and do it again but he wasn’t allowed to fly that many hours in a row.  The terrorists chose that plane he was supposed to fly that day because it had a lot of fuel in it so that it would make it all the way to California so with a lot of fuel that means a bigger explosion. I’m so glad that he wasn’t allowed to fly that plane that day. For the rest of that day all I could sing is god bless America as loud as I could. My sorrow for that tragedy will never go away. I don’t think that our decision for starting this war was very smart for our country because it altered the Americans and in how we live our life today. The terrorists succeeded what they wanted to accomplish by messing up our lives and to make it where we could never go back to what it was before. I will never forget where I was and what a horrific event that shook our nation and the world on just one single day.

Advice Blog

           If I could go back and give myself advice at three ages of my life. The ages, five, ten and fourteen.  I would hope to achieve different things then what I have achieved so far.  At age five I would tell myself to start learning Spanish, so I would already know everything by the time we had to take it in high school. That way I could skip Spanish now. It is easier to learn things one step at a time, over a long period of time then to learn it all in one school year. As you get older it is harder to focus because you are thinking about different things going on in your life. At the age of ten I would tell myself that I need to take in interest in more sports. Now I regret not going out for more sports. If you don’t like one sport you could quit it and go on to another sport of your choice. Since I have been in swimming my whole life its hard to stop, but since I don’t like swimming anymore, there is nothing I can really do sports wise, because I not very good at any other sports. At the age of fourteen I would tell myself to be a better and nicer person. Over the years I have always been a great person, but since I got into 8^th grade and high school I have been not caring about other people as much as I should. I always think about myself before others and that’s not how I was raised. I definitely would tell myself to keep on with my attitude from when I was growing up, because everyone knows that high school is the place that changes you the most. High school is what shapes you for the rest of your life ahead of you.
